Madison Judo

Madison Judo* is the premier judo club in the Madison area and offers children ages 7+ the opportunity to learn and practice the Olympic sport of judo.

There are very many benefits for a child to train in judo. They include:
Fun, self-defence, self-confidence, coordination, exercise, discipline.  Competition is just one aspect of the sport and our kids learn both to win and lose and respect each other and themselves.

Madison Judo has a highly qualified team of kids coaches and all are certified with USA Judo** and volunteer their time. Both our head coach and technical advisor are former international competitors with many years of competition and coaching experience. This enables Madison Judo to provide judo coaching to players of all levels and ages for fees that reflect the organization’s low overhead costs.

We make judo available for all and give scholarships to those that qualify.
